So millennials may not have the reputation of being the most hardworking generation. They are known as a generation who want it all and want it now. Or perhaps I should be saying we, as I am one of those millennials!

  • Wellness at work – supporting employees mental health
  • Feedback on how they are developing and how they can improve if needs be
  • Personal gestures – handwritten notes, celebrated achievements, showing appreciation 
  • Make an impact – most millennials want to be able to make a positive impact, whether this is in their role or through charity work
