Job description JJob Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant Location: Thetford Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts Available About Us: Swanstaff Ltd are seeking domiciliary carers for our client based in Thetford, they provide a caring and supportive environment where residents can thrive. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in their own homes. Key Responsibilities: * Provide personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, and toileting) as per care plans. * Assist with medication administration and daily tasks. * Offer companionship and emotional support to residents. * Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided. * Support residents with mobility and other physical activities. * Communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals. Skills & Qualifications: * Previous experience in domiciliary care is preferred, but not essential. * 3months plus expierence in healthcare industry * A compassionate, caring nature with a desire to help others. * Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * Ability to follow care plans and meet the individual needs of residents. * A valid driving license and access to a vehicle * DBS check required (we can assist with this if needed).
