Support Worker Location: Lowestoft, NR33 0DF Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available About Us Swan staff Ltd is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team! We have a client based in Lowestoft they are a welcoming and supportive home for 12 adults with a range of diverse needs, including learning disabilities, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy, Fragile X Syndrome, Autism, and Diabetes. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in assisting residents with their daily lives, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and empowered. Your responsibilities will include: Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the dignity and independence of service users. Support daily living activities, including light household chores and shopping Encouraging independence and engagement in activities Supporting individuals with communication and social interactions Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from individuals with or without experience, as full training will be provided.
